**This website is going to be going through heavy updates as we near 2020**

Currently the site will be limited to blogs / vlogs and other video resources.  Personal nutrition coaching and fitness pages will be added as well.  I have a personal, customized supplementation program available upon request (shoot me an email). 

We will discuss:

- personal wellness goals

- strategies to reach those goals

- nutritional interventions and templates

- fitness templates (custom programs coming soon)

- one on one coaching and support (video chat / FB messenger / phone / email)
